Ancestral knowledge walks us through every step. We create life from embracing our past and future. We find meaning through creation. Actively molding our future to actualize our potential. Anais Nin speaks about the importance of actualizing our destiny saying:

One is not in bondage to the past, which has shaped our feelings, to race, inheritance, background. We can alter the chemistry provided we have the courage to dissect the elements. You don’t find love, it finds you. There is a possibility of joy.

We must overcome our fear of going into uncharted lands, in others the deepest part of our souls, by a deep will to live. We must live in acceptance of darkness, but we recognize that our internal light remains lit, growing stronger as we challenge limitations, and move deeply into ourselves. For we play a role in our own destruction, and life moves so fast that without acknowledging this truth we could wake up one day forgetting how we became so lonely. Anais Nin speaks on loneliness, strength, and nourishment saying:

I am lonely, yet not everybody will do. I don’t know why, some people fill the gaps and others emphasize my loneliness. In reality those who satisfy me are those who simply allow me to live with my ”idea of them.” Man can never know the loneliness a woman knows. He is not lonely. I am so utterly lonely, but I also have such a fear that my isolation be broken through, and I, Anais Nin, no longer be the head and ruler of my universe.
